Cooking

Some of you on your international exchange will be sentenced for cooking for the first time. In here we will present you 3 very easy and useful recipes which you can have even for couple days! You can freeze them and eat whenever you want. But be aware: the dishes are not diet!:) Of course you can modify each recipe according to your ideasJ

1)  Spaghetti (Price: around 5 for at least 5 portions)



Ingredients:

·         2 tomatoes
·         3 paprika
·         1 zucchini
·         1 onion
·         clove of garlic
·         0.5 kg minced meat
·         tomato sauce
·         spices
·         spaghetti pasta

How to prepare:

         1)    Chop all vegetables on pieces. 
         2)    Fry them with oil on big frying pan or wook, starting from onion, then add garlic, paprika, zucchini and tomatoes. Mix often.
         3)    Add tomato sauce and spice according to your own taste. Reduce the fire and let the prepared sauce boil for at least 30 minutes. Often mix.
         4)    Minced meat fry on another pan around 7 minutes. Then add to sauce with vegetables.
         5)    Put pasta in a pot with boiling water. Cook about 10 minutes.

Preparation for long time:
At the end separate ready sauce to couple boxes, let them cool down and later you can freeze them. It is better to cook fresh pasta each time rather than freeze it with sauce.

Preparation for dinner:
Cooked pasta add to a portion of sauce on the frying pan (not the opposite). Heat up mixed for 3-4 minutes.

2)  Pasta with bacon and broccoli (Price: around 5 for at least 5 portions)



 Ingredients:

·         pasta (any)
·         1 broccoli
·         bacon (it may be already cut in the package)
·         400ml cream cheese (yes, they have such in here)
·         clove of garlic
·         spices

How to prepare:

       1)    Cook broccoli (put o boiling water for 8 minutes)
       2)    Fry cut bacon with chopped garlic
       3)    To fried bacon add cream and spice with salt and pepper
       4)    Then add chopped broccoli and mix everything.
       5)    Cook pasta around 10 minutes.

3)  Potato casserole (Price: around 5 for at least 5 portions)



Ingredients:

·         1.5 kg of potatoes
·         3 onions
·         0.5 kg minced meat
·         béchamel sauce
·         cheese

How to prepare:

       1)    Peeled potatoes put to boiling water for 10 minutes. After taking out leave for couple minutes to cool down and then chop them into slices.
       2)    Chopped onion fry
       3)    Fry meat
       4)    Put to casserole dish in layers: potatoes, then onion, then meat then sauce, again potatoes and cheese on the top.  
       5)    Put into heated oven and bake for not less than 45 minutes


Preparation for long time:
At the end separate to couple boxes, let them cool down and later you can freeze them.

Preparation for dinner:
Just eatJ
